The hose pipe ban has begun, so.........

...It's started raining! Hose pipe ban and the Kids have broken up for the summer you could write the script.
We are really suprised by the hose pipe ban as the rivers and lakes are filling up after a week of showers, plus only 6 months ago wading through water levels to last a life time.
Off on holiday next week for 4 days to the Isle of Man with the lads. It is the Southern 100 motorcycle road races. A 9 mile course on open roads similiar to those in the Lake District with stone walls and ditches. The atmosphere is great,friendly and welcoming and very civilised as the racing is in the evenning so you have all day to enjoy the sights of the beautiful Isle of Man,plus can get really close to the action with bike whizzing past you literally only a few feet away.
Lillian a student from Germany arrives today for the summer. She was with us last year for 12 months and missed us so much she just had to come back this summer.I am sure many of you will remember her a lovely lass and a great asset to our team.
