Hi everybody!
My name is Radana and i am part of the Regent team. I came here a year and a half ago. I am from Slovakia and most of the Regent staff are also from foreign countries.
We have here a nice mix of foreign cultures, some examples are: Poland, Germany, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada, Kenya, Czech Republic, Romania and a few more! And what is fantastic is that we all work really well together. (thanks to management)
I have the pleasure to work at Reception along with great and friendly British girls (Karen, Fiona, Helen and Gill). Each of us trying to maximise satisfaction for our guests from the beginning of their stay - choosing the right room according to your ideas, arranging flowers and champagne for your special occasions, reserving tables for our restaurant in the evening that serves tradiotional dishes made from very famous local products. All to give you the feeling of relaxation and peace during your stay here.
But what we cannot arrange is the weather!! ;-)
I really do enjoy my work here and i hope to write another blog after my 2nd year of being here!
