My hairdresser has become famous!

By Andrew Hewitt, 16 March 2011 – 1 comment

The Lakes Programme has a new star - Nature Detective Andrew Mottram . I am so pleased for Andrew finding success out of doing something he really loves and it nice that it gets the Gladiator off the telly.

I managed to get my hair cut by him last week and he was telling me life has changed quite a bit for  him over the last few weeks. He has got lots of bookings for his nature walks and more TV planned for later in the year. Have a look at his website www.nature-detective.com why not book yourself on a walk with him it looks great fun and he's a real Character!

Why not get yourself here to see Spring starting in action and book a Lake District easter break with us?  You really can't beat Easter Breaks in the Lake District with all the lambs, beautiful sunny mornings, daffodils blooming!

Hope to see you soon

It's always great to see a programme about the Lake District on television, but to me the title of the programme should have been changed to 'The Gladiator'. It was more about him than the rest of the inhabitants of the Lakes. At least it has taught me one thing - never to book into the Langdale Chase! Why would you anyway when you could stay at the lovely Regent.
