Basking in Sunshine

The weather is more like Summer than Spring at the moment - lovely and warm.
Our new Foyer is nearly ready and it is going to look great, giving us a much stronger presence at Waterhead and a Grand Welcome!
I am off for a short break next week, heading up to Scotland for a few days in the Trossacks. I was lucky enough to receive a days Cooking at the Nick Nairn Cookery School for Christmas so we will take the opportunity and make a short break of it. I enjoy cooking but definately not professionally, but I will experiment on my biggest critics "the Kids " when I get back. Looks like we are going to get some great weather so that will save me having to detour into Glasgow on the way home. Might see if I can persuade her to " Bag a Monroe" instead!
