We should start exporting it!

After a fantastic April the weather has disappointed until last weekend,finally the Sun broke through.It has been frustrating since the rest of the country is experiencing severe draught! Once the Sun Shines we soon forget and everyone is happy.
We currently have 10 members of our family over from the States which has been great. I cannot rememeber the last time we were all together ,it has been particulary special for all our Children (all 10) whom have bonded really well and hopefully they will keep in touch better than we have.
Summer is really coming up on us now with Ambleside Rushbearing festival at the weekend and the Ambleside Sports Day on the 28th July two great local events that are unique to us and we proudly support in order to keep them going.
We have finished the front of the hotel with a new lick of paint and some new signs the Regent is looking her best.
