Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
Please note before booking that a 48 hour cancellation policy applies.
We will take a deposit of the first night's stay at the the time of booking. Should you wish to cancel you may do so up to 48 hours before arrival (and before 10am on that day). No fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, or in the case of no-show, the first night will be charged, unless you re-arrange for an alternative date for an equivalent stay at the time of cancelling.
