Dinner is the main event at the Regent Hotel. The menu changes daily and is developed according to the ingredients of the day - those that can be delivered fresh to our kitchen door.

Dinner at the Regent Hotel is an experience to be savoured in every way.

Starting in the lounge we give you chance to ponder the selections whilst whetting your appetite with homemade canapés. There's plenty of highlights on our modern British style menu so it can take some time to choose from our wide range of dishes - roasted Goosenargh duck and slow cooked fellbred beef are two of our house favourites.

Given our proximity to the sands, Morecambe Bay shrimps are always available, as is organic sirloin steak from the Lune Valley. Catering for every taste, we ensure that vegetarians or those who prefer the simplicity of a traditional roast are not disappointed. And with game and fish also on offer, there really is something for everyone.

Once you've selected your favourites, we'll accompany you into the dining room where you can relax and enjoy the easy atmosphere as you relish Chef's dishes. But remember to leave room for our delicious homemade sweets and the locally inspired cheese board packed with flavours like Blengdale Blue and Kendal Cobbler.

Finally we invite you back into the lounge to complete the evening in style with delicate hand-crafted petit fours, coffee and a liqueur if you fancy it!
