If you are in the area, make sure you take a trip to Rydal Park where this years Ambleside sports are being held. There are many events taking place such as Cumberland and Westmorland wrestling, guide and fell races, hound trails, track races and cycle races. Also there will be trade stands and many undercover attractions.
