Proud to be known as one of the most dog friendly hotels in the Lake District our accommodation is perfectly located for some of the best walks for our four-legged friends.
We know that the dog-lovers among you hate the thought of leaving your 'best friend' behind when you go on holiday, even more so when you're coming to the best walking countryside in the world.
What better place to bring your family pet than the dog-friendly* Regent Hotel in the Lake District with the finest walks on your doorstep?
Just a 2-minute stroll away are the beautiful Borrans Park and Bird House Meadow where your dog can run tail-waggingly free.
And there's a fantastic pet shop at Waterhead Bay for any tasty treats and pet necessities you may have forgotten to bring. Plus, our Courtyard Rooms lead straight outside and are ideal for dog owners.
If required, we can happily prepare food for your dog and cater for any special requests.
All we ask is that you kindly adhere to our simple house rules:
- Please do not leave your dog unattended in your room at any time
- Please keep your dog off the beds and soft furniture
- Please bring something for your dog to sleep on
- Please respect other guests in rooms close by
- Dogs are not allowed in any of the hotel's Public Rooms
- Maximum 2 dogs per room
- If your dog causes damage to furniture, soils bedding or damages hotel property a cleaning charge will be levied.
*We levy a small charge for your dog of £6.00 per night.
