Front of House and Reception
Georgina our Reception Manager, Richard our Guest Services Manager, and the Reception team - Bethany, Sarah, Sonia & Simon - work tirelessly to make sure that from initial booking to checking out, your stay runs smoothly. Doubling as our expert concierge desk there aren't many requests or questions that they can't answer! Should you need a 'partner in crime' for planning a surprise for a loved one, a packed lunch for walking on the fells, or even just some extra biscuits in your room, then our front of office team are here for you.
Food and Beverage Team
Our expert Food and Beverage team aim to make your dining experience effortless and enjoyable. Headed up by experienced Food & Beverage Manager Callum & Steve our Head Barman, the F&B team are here to help you indulge your tastebuds, savour the flavours and have all that you need at your fingertips.
Head Chef Earl and his team love nothing more than creating new menus to delight our guests; menus that use fresh locally sourced produce from the best producers in and around the Lake District. Assisted by Sous Chef Neil & Commis Chefs Erik & Peter. The Regent Kitchen is a hive of activity starting in the early hours with fresh food prep, right through to evening when our delicious dinner menu is in full swing.
Our Housekeeping Team
Housekeeping Manager Lynn, followed by her experienced team Libby, Tim & Bea work hard to ensure your rooms are spotlessly clean and supplied with all the amenities needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Whether it's a rubber bath mat you need or some shower wash our housekeeping team are here to help.
