You will have a hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate a small and professional reception team. Being performance driven you will work with your team to maximise revenue and occupancy.

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Reservationist to join our Regent team.
An oppurtunity has arisen to join our team on a busy central reservations at our family owned hotel business.
Sales and Customer service skills needed. Knowledge of Opera reservation system would be advantageous however full training will be given with oppurtunity of an Apprenticeship or NVQ's at Kendal College, We operate a 40 hour week spread over 5 days.
