With September just around the corner we're looking forward to experiencing the changing of the leaves and the autumnal light emphasising the beauty of the hills all around us. There's already an abundance of Blackberries everywhere we look (our Chef's are getting excited about making Jam!) and it won't be long until the nights draw in and we can all enjoy hearty bowls of soups by the fire!
