We are incredibly pleased to announce that we have launched our brand new menus! Guests to The Regent Hotel can now choose from a number of delectable dishes from our new restaurant menu and bar menu.
Our newly-launched offering has been created by our new head chef Mark Tate, who has worked locally in four star hotels for many years.
So, how does eight hour shoulder of Cumbrian lamb sound? Or perhaps a tagine of winter roots, with coriander cous cous and mint labna? Or maybe a pan roasted fillet of seabass will tantalise your tastebuds?
Of course, we all know the perfect meal isn’t complete without a decadent dessert! From Cumbrian toffee vodka with poached cranberry pavlova, to dark chocolate fondant, we have a selection of indulgent treats that will satisfy anybody’s sweet tooth. You can enjoy these and so much more in our restaurant, where food is served daily from 6pm to 9pm.
Alternatively, you can sit back, relax and enjoy the new bar menu in our cosy lounge – the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the glorious Lake District and sample our scrumptious new menu.
Here we have a number of dishes that put the comfort in comfort food. These include a fabulous selection of triple decker sandwiches, grilled chicken burger, The Regent hot dog and beer battered fillet of haddock with hand cut chips and mushy peas.
