Covid19 Policy



Breakfast 8am to 12 Noon

You must book your time slot for Breakfast with Reception for each morning of your stay.

We offer food throughout the day until 9pm. 

You must book a table if you wish to dine with us in the Bar or the Restaurant in the evening. 

We will then charge drinks and food to your room. We cannot charge food and drinks from the DECK 

Please ask or call reception if you would like fresh milk in your room for teas and coffees.




Enjoy a packed lunch to take with you whilst you're out enjoying the Lakes.

We offer white or brown bread sandwich with a choice of filling: Maple & Mustard Glazed Ham, Tuna & Red Onion Mayo, Cheddar & Chutney or Egg Mayo. Plus a packet of biscuits, crisps, fruit & a bottle of water. Please order these before 9pm the night before.



We kindly ask guests to vacate bedrooms by 11am.

If you would like assistance with luggage, please dial (200) for reception.



We offer a smoking facility just off our courtyard rooms. Smoking and vaping in bedrooms will set off the fire alarm and will result in charge of 1 nights’ accommodation at your charged rate.



We are in a rural location and taxis are not always readily available. We are happy to book taxis for you but please try to give us as much notice as you can.

Morning taxis are very difficult so please ask us to book them the night before if possible



We kindly ask children to vacate the bar lounges by 8pm.



We do accept well behaved Dogs in some of our rooms with prior notice.
We welcome Dogs in some areas of the lounges. If you would like to have your Dog with you whilst eating, please ask a member of the Bar team to reserve you a spot. At busy times, we will need notice.

We can arrange for you to have breakfast with your Dog in the bar. Please give the restaurant team notice the night before.



If you need to keep special foods or medicines refrigerated, please call reception and we will be happy to assist.




If you would like any more pillows or softer/harder pillows, towels or blankets, please dial (200).

If you would like an iron & ironing board, please ask at reception and we will have one delivered to your room.




If you want an outside line please dial (9) then dial the code followed by the number, the cost for this call will be charged at the following rates.
